Rodney Foreman

Rodney Foreman is the Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality for EnerCorp. He joined the company in 2023 and is responsible for driving our HSEQ management system to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency.

Rodney brings 30+ years’ experience serving in the energy sector in a variety of roles including training and development, wells intervention, and HSE Management.  His previous roles include Director of HSE for Nabors Drilling and Vice President of HSE for Trinidad Drilling.  He also has extensive consulting experience developing risk identification and mitigation programs to drive safety and operational improvement while training and mentoring leaders across the business to create a strong safety culture.

Rodney enjoys spending time with his family in Scotland, developing and improving land in his hometown, and is a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
