This past weekend, the EnerCorp executive team gathered together for a leadership and development training workshop. The workshop helped us enhance and refine our leadership skills, connected our core values and vision with our purpose, and provided the opportunity to focus on strategic priorities that will define EnerCorp’s short term and long term business goals.
Together we explored team and employee development, innovation and product expansion, financial stewardship and long-term customer partnerships.
With our strategies prioritized, we were also able to analyze executive performance, as perceived by EnerCorp’s key stakeholders, and to provide a path for our leaders to achieve positive and measurable change in leadership behaviour and team effectiveness.
EnerCorp remains dedicated, now more than ever, to building a remarkable team and is proud to employ industry professionals who contribute the most significant meaning and value to our company.
