One of our customers in the Haynesville Shale wanted to improve flowback to reduce the amount of damages to their production facility as well as all of the related expenses that come with having to replace washed parts.
After reviewing the specific conditions of their well, our engineers created a fit-for-purpose solution which included a 15,000 psi-rated Sahara Advanced Cyclone.
Over the course of the 16-day flowback, the Sahara Advanced Cyclone captured well over 99% of the sand produced on this well. This reduced damages to the permanent facility and eliminated any need for cleanout operations and the associated cost.
