This month we’re proud to celebrate three members of the EnerCorp 1-Team who each hit their five-year milestone. Three different roles, three different journeys, one thing in common: they all showed up and made this company better.

Kristian Juarez — 5 Years
Kristian started on the shop floor five years ago, rebuilding, maintaining, and troubleshooting Saharas in the old Midland shop with limited resources and a willingness to learn everything the hard way. That foundation shows. There isn’t much about EnerCorp equipment that Kristian doesn’t know, because he learned it from the inside out.

From shop tech to supervisor to foreman, Kristian now runs inventory control at Midland One, managing over $1 million in parts and pieces with a focus on reliability, fair pricing, and vendors who deliver on their word. But what stands out most isn’t the resume. It’s how he shows up for the people around him. He steps in when things get hard and steps back when the win belongs to someone else. He teaches in a way that builds people up. That combination of deep expertise and genuine care for the team is rare, and it’s a big part of why Midland One runs the way it does. Congratulations, Kristian.

Zane Lynch — 5 Years
As EnerCorp’s Houston Corporate Account Manager, Zane has spent five years building lasting relationships, growing our South Texas presence, and making sure every customer feels like they come first. Because with Zane, they do. He’s the kind of account manager who pays attention to the details, goes the extra mile before anyone asks, and never lets anything fall through the cracks.

Outside of work, Zane is a devoted husband and father of four, and the same dedication he brings to his family shows up every single day at work. Thank you, Zane. Congratulations.

Nick Brinson — 5 Years
Nick is the kind of person every team needs. Dependable, willing, and always ready to help whoever needs it, no questions asked. Over the past five years, Nick has grown steadily and quietly, stepping up in ways that don’t always make headlines but never go unnoticed by the people around him. When something needs to get done, Nick gets it done. When someone needs a hand, Nick is already there.

When he’s off the clock, Nick keeps it simple: working on his truck and spending time with family and friends. The same values that show up in his personal life show up every day on the job. Five years of being exactly the kind of teammate you want in your corner. Congratulations, Nick.
