Our product development team spent almost a year designing and running computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis on multiphase flow regimes to create the most efficient desanding cyclone being used in North America.
Why does this matter? The Sahara Advanced Cyclone captures more than 97% of sand produced in clients' production across a broad range of different flow characteristics. This helps reduce how much equipment is needed on location to eliminate erosion damage and clean out expenses in permanent facilities.
