At our 35,000 ft2 fabrication facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta, we use the experiences and processes we have refined over the last decade to build a wide range of technologies. EnerCorp has in-house engineering, strict quality control, and project management along with the capability to fabricate pressure vessels in-house. This allows us to professionally deliver your project on schedule at a very competitive price point.

EnerCorp has the capability to meet a wide range of production equipment requirements, a few key highlights include:

  • We have in-house ASME and ABSA pressure vessel construction capable of delivering
    • Sizes up to 14 feet in diameter and up to 80 feet in length
    • Pressure ratings up to 10,000 psi
  • EnerCorp can deliver complete project packaging including vessels, piping, valves, structural needs, paint, external buildings and enclosures, as well as all electrical and instrumentation (E&I) requirements.
  • We can fabricate pipe spools rated up to 10,000 psi in any diameter and configuration to meet your project requirements.
  • EnerCorp offers in-house project management, engineering, and quality control on every project.


EnerCorp is committed to the safety and lifetime reliability of our products.

To ensure the safety and reliability of the production process equipment we produce, EnerCorp adheres to all relevant ASME and ABSA standards as it relates to the design, fabrication, assembly, and inspection of all components for both vessels and piping. For all installs outside of Canada, we register each vessel with National Board to track that vessel throughout its life in service. All designs are reviewed and stamped by Professional Engineers on staff to completely ensure the integrity of the product.
