IANN POOLE

Iann Poole is the Chief Business Officer for EnerCorp, where he manages a broad range of strategic initiatives to drive the company's growth and success. Iann oversees corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, legal affairs, safety, human resources, systems architecture, IT, and asset management.

With over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Iann has navigated various sectors, including upstream, services, manufacturing, and principal investing. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in helping young and growing companies establish robust strategies and foundations for sustainable growth.

Starting as a Landman for ConocoPhillips, Iann gained valuable insights while working on both development and exploration teams. After his tenure at ConocoPhillips, Iann held various positions at Rockwater Energy Solutions followed by Pelican Energy Partners, where he contributed to sourcing, diligence, transactions, board membership, and portfolio company management.

Iann holds a bachelor's degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his wife reside in Houston, and they enjoy attending baseball and football games whenever possible.
