STEFANI PYLANT

Stefani Pylant is the Director of Marketing for EnerCorp. She focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, understanding customers’ needs to build successful partnerships, and creating tools to enable the sales team to quickly meet those customer needs.

Prior to joining EnerCorp, Stefani spent 10 years with Baker Hughes, where her latest role was a Global Product Manager for Drill Bits. In this role, she developed product strategy, managed the product lifecycle, and translated customer needs into product deliverables. Before her role in product management, Stefani held various positions in marketing, sales operations, and sales enablement.

Stefani has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She and her husband live in Weatherford, TX with their two sons. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy sports with the kids and traveling.
