Aurora Chalbaud-Schmidt

Director of Human Resources

Aurora Chalbaud-Schmidt joined EnerCorp as Director of Human Resources in November 2017. Prior to joining EnerCorp, Aurora served as the Senior HR Manager for a global integrated safety solutions company coordinating global programs while directly supporting Corporate initiatives with a strategic focus on North America.

Previous to her most recent position Aurora managed human resource teams for a private equity backed oilfield services startup that eventually sold for $1.3B dollars. Aurora started her career in the hospitality industry managing operations and human resource teams primarily in the luxury hotel industry in the Houston market.

Mrs. Chalbaud-Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management focused in Human Resources Management from DeVry University. She also has several key certifications including SHRM-CP and PHR Certification and is a member of The Society for Human Resources Professionals (SHRM), Human Resource Management Association (HR Houston), and Houston Compensation & Benefits Association.
