Rabecca Sande

Rabecca Sande serves as Director of Accounting & Controller at EnerCorp, where she leads accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial processes.

Prior to joining EnerCorp, Rabecca held Senior Manager and Director roles at BNSF Railway, where she led planning, forecasting, and external reporting functions, delivering data-driven insights to support business performance.

Before BNSF Railway, Rabecca held positions of increasing responsibility at EY, advancing through audit roles and building a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Rabecca holds a Master of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her financial expertise and leadership make her a valuable part of EnerCorp’s continued growth.
