Rabecca Sande

Rabecca Sande serves as Director of Accounting & Controller at EnerCorp, where she leads accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial processes.

Prior to joining EnerCorp, Rabecca held a Senior Manager and then Director role at BNSF Railway, where she led the financial statement close process, planning, forecasting, and internal and external reporting functions, delivering data-driven insights to support business performance.

Prior to BNSF Railway Rabecca held positions of increasing responsibility with Ernst and Young, advancing through audit roles and building a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Rabecca holds a Master of Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her financial expertise and leadership make her a valuable part of EnerCorp’s continued growth.
