No more guesswork with blowdown decisions: The SmartSahara continuously monitors the amount of sand in the accumulator, so operators no longer need to rely on timed or scheduled blowdowns, hourly blowdown estimates, or manual weighing. Instead, operators can automate blowdowns based on actual sand level, volume, and weight derived from internal quantification data.
Reduced number of blowdowns: With real-time internal sand quantification, operators don’t need to worry about sand carryover in the accumulator. The SmartSahara reduces the number of blowdowns to an open-top tank or pit, and reduces the erosion potential of valves and piping by minimizing the number of cycles with sand-laden fluid.
