Our HSE team has been quietly raising the bar on how safety is managed in the field, and the results are showing up on location in a very tangible way.

EnerCorp is deploying standardized HSE boxes across all locations. Every box contains the same equipment in the same condition every time: four fire extinguishers, two spill kits, lockout/tagout equipment, safety chain, first aid kits, and bloodborne pathogen kits. Each one is inspected, inventoried, and restocked after every job.

The idea behind it is straightforward. When a crew arrives on location, they shouldn’t have to search for safety equipment, wonder if the fire extinguisher is charged, or submit a request for a specific item they need. Everything is there, accounted for, and ready before work begins.
