Recognizing 2025 Safety Leaders
We’re excited to announce the 2025 US SOC (Safety Observation Card) and SSA (Supervisor Safety Audit) award winners! These programs are a critical part of EnerCorp’s Behavior-Based Safety strategy and play a key role in strengthening our proactive safety culture across the organization.
The SOC program empowers team members to identify and address unsafe behaviors and situations, sparking real-time conversations that reinforce safe work practices.
The SSA program equips supervisors to coach teams through reflective safety discussions—helping employees recognize risks, take ownership, and implement corrective actions. Together, these programs help shape safer behaviors and drive meaningful, lasting improvement.
