The EnerCorp front-line field management recently had the opportunity to get together for a supervisor summit with the mission of striving for operational excellence.

The team challenged themselves by talking through failures, really digging into potential solutions, and setting high expectations. Members from Sales, Engineering, HR, HSE, and Marketing joined to cover specific topics and see how the departments could further support the field teams.

Training and development do not stop when a hard hat changes from orange to white. It is an ongoing process that deepens the knowledge and success of our team.
