Equipment Fabrication
We design, engineer, build, sell and operate our technology in the field
At EnerCorp, we have a unique advantage many custom fabricators don’t: We get to see how the equipment we design and build actually performs in the field. And, we use that knowledge to enhance every aspect of the equipment, using our engineering expertise to create a product that gets industry-leading results.
Here’s the sand management, fluid separation, and production processing equipment we can fabricate for your operation:
Sand separators: Industry-leading engineered technology designed to remove over 99% of sand from a well stream in order to protect downstream equipment.
Gas production units (GPU): An enclosed package that combines a separator and line heater on one skid, primarily used to separate, process, meter, and treat the hydrocarbons before entering the sales line.
Heater treater: A separator that uses heat and other mechanical separation techniques to facilitate the separation of oil and water before sending the dry oil to storage or into a pipeline.
Indirect line heater: A skidded unit that is used to heat and maintain the temperature or a process stream, typically used to prevent hydrates in a fluid stream which can plug pipelines or instrumentation.
Dehydration unit: Process equipment used to remove water from natural
gas in order to meet moisture requirements of pipelines and minimize corrosion.

Our team of engineers and technicians take great pride in their work
At our 35,000 ft2 fabrication facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta, we harness our decades of experience building and operating engineered production equipment to give you products we stand behind 100%.
Here’s why you can trust the quality of our custom fabricated equipment:
We meet all industry standards: Our processes adhere to all relevant ASME and ABSA standards for design, fabrication, assembly, and inspection of all components for both vessels and piping.
We use Professional Engineers on staff: All of our designs are reviewed and stamped by Professional Engineers to completely ensure the integrity of the product.
We do everything by the book: For all installs outside of Canada, we register each vessel with the National Board to track that vessel throughout its life in service.
