Have you heard of EnerCorp’s Sandbox mobile app? Of course you have not unless you are an EnerCorp employee!
As a way of enhancing communication with our team we developed this internal app over a year ago to provide digital access for various company documents including SOP's, HR files, HSE guides and alerts, and much more. Our team has fun posting funny memes, pictures of their families to show why they work safe, hazards they find on location, weather alerts, and much more. We are also able to survey our team, build quizzes for learning, and access our employee recognition program.
EnerCorp is always looking for opportunities to raise the bar regarding employee engagement, team accountability, information access, and much more. A special shout out to Aaron Kaminski, our HSE manager in the Permian, for being a Sandbox champion!
