In June, we are shining a spotlight on EnerCorp’s 7th Life Saving Rule: Gas Hazards.

The safety of our employees is our top priority, and gas hazards can be life-threatening. Here's what you need to know about Gas Hazards and how we mitigate the risks:
  • Bullet Point Icon
Conduct Atmospheric Testing: Always follow confined space procedures and test the atmosphere before entering. If you smell gas in your work area, stop work immediately, evacuate the area, and retest. We use certified, calibrated, and bump-tested equipment for accurate testing.

Wear Personal Gas Monitors: When required, wear personal gas monitors to continuously monitor the air quality. Make sure the monitors are in good working condition, properly calibrated, and placed within 6-9 inches of your breathing zone.
By following these safety protocols and staying vigilant, we can protect ourselves and our teammates from the dangers of gas hazards. Your safety is our priority!
