National Workers Memorial Day

Today is a day of remembrance for all workers who have lost their lives while in the service of their companies.

April marks the 50th anniversary of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act).  While the act was signed by President Nixon in December of 1970, it wasn’t until April of 1971 that the first standards were issued for safety and health protection.

Some businesses may dislike the rules and regulations set forth by OSHA and other regulatory bodies, but we at EnerCorp fully support the efforts that OSHA has taken to bring a safer work environment to the hard working employees of companies across the United States.

Please join us in honoring all the fallen workers across all industries and let us continue to work diligently towards creating a safer workplace for all employees.
