Recognizing Exceptional Team Members, Jared Alexander

These market swings bring challenges on so many fronts.  When times are tough, we gain such an appreciation for our gritty team members like Jared Alexander, our North East General Manager.  What sets teammates like him apart?  He’s determined, driven to win, willing to do the hard jobs, and stays positive even when things look bad.  While being the GM, he also drove parts, was a rig-up hand, led safety, sold jobs, and did anything else necessary to ensure the success of his region.  He’s a team player who’s “give-a-darn” shows through in his work ethic.
