100% SOC Participation

In March, EVERY team member of our US Operations organization participated in our Safety Observation Card (SOC) program.  This is a key program for us because it allows the leadership team to identify hazard trends and potential gaps BEFORE there is an incident.

EnerCorp is on a mission to zero injuries, zero equipment damage, and zero negative environmental impact. To achieve this requires the use of leading indicators from our SOC program.
