5 Years with EnerCorp – Aaron Kelver

Aaron Kelver came to EnerCorp with a mission and career plan in mind. He didn’t show up for the interview waving his college degree expecting some management position day 1. Nope, this is a teammate who wanted to learn our business from the field level up. Aaron joined as a Field Operator hammering iron, flowing wells, and learning his craft. Years later, he eventually was promoted to Director of Operations for the Permian supporting the team during one of our largest growth cycles. He then moved to our Houston corporate office to lead our USA Asset Management team which includes supervision of our certification facility.

Aaron has demonstrated what hard work and a willingness to learn a business from the ground up can lead to. Aaron is the very definition of “work hard in silence and let success be your noise." We’re proud to have you on our team Aaron and look forward to many more years!
