Each year EnerCorp recognizes our Leader of the Year for both the United States & Canada. These people are individuals, nominated by their peers, who embody the true spirit of leadership, integrity, work ethic, teamwork and caring.
For 2021 in the US, Rowdy Norred was recognized with this award. Rowdy embodies the EnerCorp core values. He has shown massive amounts of integrity and teamwork when helping his guys in the field. He’s passionate about his work ethic; what he does and how successful his team members are. He puts in long hours and never complains. Finally, he cares about his team and their well-being. He reaches out and talks with them continuously. He’s a solid leader.
