We rigged up and deployed the eFlowback ecosystem on a two-well pad, and it worked like a charm. The system managed over 500,000 lbs of sand over 24 days, with over 2,000 lbs of sand per hour from each well at peak rates and a 99% sand capture rate. Plus, it allowed the operator to reduce personnel from six to two, saving significant labor costs.
The operator was thrilled with the results and implemented eFlowback on two additional well sites.
