EnerCorp is a proud supporter of CASA and on October 28th, 2017 employees participated and donated $5,000 for the 8th annual Superhero 5k/10k Trail Run. In the North Houston community alone CASA has advocated for over 6,000 children in Montgomery County.
The mission of CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County is to provide and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every abused and neglected child can have the opportunity to thrive in a safe, nurturing, permanent home.
CASA recruits, trains, and leads devoted community volunteers to provide a voice for the needs of children removed from their homes. EnerCorp President, James Pung, said "it's imperative that as business leaders in our communities that we protect those who can't protect themselves because these young men and women are the future of our businesses and our communities and they deserve a fighting chance for success."
