Our East Texas team hosts a bi-weekly luncheon focused on leadership building. The shop and leadership team enjoy lunch together while watching a motivational movie or series on topics such as teamwork or extreme ownership. After lunch, they have a classroom style discussion on what they learned and how they can apply it to their personal and work lives.
