Praising positive behavior is just as critical as correcting negative behaviors. Our Permian General Manager, Chase Reynolds, took time to reinforce positive behaviors on pad using the supervisor safety audit (SSA) process.
He recognized that Garrett Koen and Brandon Mayberry were doing all the right things on location to stay safe and he didn’t want to miss the opportunity to thank them and get their commitment to continue to work safe while on location.
