How do you summarize in a single social post the impact someone like Gareth has had in our industry, our company, and in the personal lives of those he encounters? 

How do you thank someone who has been instrumental in counseling couples to save marriages and keep families together within our own company? 

How do you thank someone who volunteered to wear multiple hats in the early days of our company to keep it afloat while we fought the battles necessary to grow EnerCorp into the largest sand management service provider in the Eastern Hemisphere? 

How do you show appreciation for the sacrifices he’s made leaving his family at home while living on the road to be a frontline leader for our cause?
