2024 US SOC (Safety Observation Card) and SSA (Supervisor Safety Audit) awards
We are excited to announce the winners of the 2024 US SOC (Safety Observation Card) and SSA (Supervisor Safety Audit) awards! These awards are an integral part of our Behavior-Based Safety Program, which works to instill a culture of proactive safety across EnerCorp.
The SOC program encourages employees to observe and intervene on unsafe behaviors, fostering immediate conversations that promote safe work practices. The SSA program focuses on supervisors guiding workers through a reflective conversation, helping them recognize unsafe behaviors and propose corrective actions to ensure a safer work environment. Both programs are crucial in shaping safety behavior and driving positive changes within our teams.
