Reaching 15 years with any organization is a significant achievement, and both Jesse and Chris represent the dedication, growth, and leadership that define the EnerCorp 1Team.

Jesse Permann, SVP Canadian Operations,  has played a key role in shaping EnerCorp’s success across Canada and global product sales. Known for his passion for innovation, strong leadership, and relentless drive to improve, Jesse’s journey reflects a commitment to learning, collaboration, and delivering world-class solutions. From working closely with engineering and fabrication teams to building strong customer partnerships, Jesse continues to help move EnerCorp forward.

Chris Pondruzy, Completions Manager, began his career as a labourer and, through hard work and determination, earned his Journeyman welding certification. Over the years, he has grown into a respected leader and has spent the past eight years excelling as Completions Manager. Chris’s journey is a true testament to commitment, skill development, and leadership — demonstrating what’s possible when dedication meets opportunity.

Both Jesse and Chris embody the values that drive EnerCorp — strong work ethic, continuous growth, and leadership by example.
