EnerCorp’s 2025 CEO Circle Award goes to Aaron Kelver — and it couldn’t be more deserved.

Aaron has spent close to a decade at EnerCorp, moving from Field Operator into a number of operations leadership roles to his current role as Corporate Asset Manager. At every step, he’s looked for ways to create value, drive efficiency, and improve safety, regardless of whether it fell within his job description.

This past year, that showed up in a big way.

Aaron was the driving force behind introducing Motive, EnerCorp’s driver safety system. The results speak for themselves: a 24% year-over-year reduction in vehicle incidents and a 65% decrease in at-fault incident costs.

He helped save the company around $250,000+ helping the company drive out costs. He also worked hard selling legacy assets to raise critical cash for the company, and has been leading a large-scale cleanup of the USA asset register, improving the accuracy of an accounting system with hundreds of thousands of line items.

Aaron got married in the past couple of years and has grown into an incredible husband and father. He exemplifies what EnerCorp’s core values look like in practice.
