Through years of persistence, they successfully wrangled a major operator in the U.S. This journey included countless phone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and on-site visits. Their collaboration with both corporate and field teams ensured that everyone was aligned and understood the unique value we bring to the table.
What truly stood out was their ability to set egos aside and work together seamlessly, steering this opportunity in the right direction without any territorial disputes. They gained support from the field office and corporate staff, including Superintendents, Engineers, Managers, and Supply Chain professionals, demonstrating the power of collective effort.
Completing the Master Service Agreement was a significant milestone—years in the making—and it wouldn’t have been possible without their dedication. A crucial moment came when another customer in the region hosted this account on location, allowing them to see our Sahara equipment in action, ultimately sealing the deal.
Fast forward a few weeks, and we’re excited to announce that a trial opportunity presented itself, leading to the successful shipment and rigging up of our Saharas!
