US Leader of the Year: Brad Hall

Brad started at EnerCorp as a driver and has grown into one of the most respected leaders in the company. He leads by example every single day, holding himself to the same standard he sets for his team. Consistent, fair, and always approachable, Brad is the person people bring their problems to because they know he’ll listen and act. He’s played a key role in getting both the West Texas and South Texas shops organized and running efficiently, and he does it all with a humility that makes everyone around him better. Congratulations, Brad.

US Employee of the Year: London Cleveland

London came up through the field as an operator and has grown into a field supervisor who handles himself like a seasoned veteran. He co-supervised one of EnerCorp’s larger accounts with minimal issues, staying engaged with customer management and keeping operations running safely and efficiently. What makes London stand out isn’t just his performance. It’s that he genuinely cares about his team. He answers when you call. He makes sure his guys are field-ready and work-ready. He does what’s right even when no one is watching. Congratulations, London.
