Recently, members of the EnerCorp 1-Team rolled up their sleeves for Woodlands Interfaith’s Veggie Village Volunteer Day.
Together, our team helped harvest 42.25 pounds of fresh green beans, tomatoes, onions, blackberries, cucumbers, carrots, eggplant, greens, and herbs. That produce was distributed as 100 units to seniors at a local low-income apartment complex and to clients visiting Interfaith’s food pantry.
Veggie Village distributes over 3,000 pounds of fresh produce annually to South Montgomery County. We’re proud to play a small part in that.
This is what the 1-Team looks like outside the oilfield. Community matters here, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to give back to the place we call home.
Thank you to Woodlands Interfaith for the work you do every single day.
