EnerCorp is celebrating two special five-year anniversaries this month — Rowdy Norred and Billy Schoonover!

And here’s a fun fact: even though this marks their 5th year at EnerCorp, Rowdy and Billy have worked together since 2013. That’s more than a decade of teamwork and shared success.

Billy Schoonover — Operator III, Permian
Billy is the kind of teammate everyone wants on their crew—hard-working, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable in field operations. Outside of work, he’s just as impressive: a volunteer firefighter on his days off and a dedicated outdoorsman who loves bay fishing for reds. His work ethic and heart for service shine both on and off location.

Rowdy Norred — Business Development Manager, Permian
Rowdy has worn just about every hat at EnerCorp: field operator, GM of Torque & Test, GM of Haynesville, GM of U.S. Rentals, and now a standout BDM in the Permian. In every role, he has lived EnerCorp’s core values through exceptional leadership, customer relationships, and unstoppable drive. Rowdy is truly one of a kind — a trusted leader, a skilled operator, and an all-around great human who gives back and shows up for his team every day.

Together, these two represent exactly what the EnerCorp 1Team is all about: hard work, integrity, and a commitment to lifting each other up.
