This April, we’re celebrating two members of the EnerCorp 1-Team who are each marking five years with the company — and two very different journeys that reflect everything we value here.

Richard Newman — South Texas General Manager Richard’s five years have been a masterclass in growth and leadership. From Lead Operator in the field to Corporate Technical Trainer — building training programs, competency testing, and technical bulletins that left a lasting mark across the organization — to leading the Permian Basin district, and now serving as General Manager of our South Texas district. Richard doesn’t just grow. He brings people with him.

Michael Garcia — Rigup Supervisor, West Texas Michael joined in 2021 as an SSE with one goal in mind: to become an EnerCorp Rigup Supervisor. Five years later — goal achieved. When he’s not working in West Texas, Michael heads home to Zacatecas, Mexico, where he helps his dad run the family farm and recently celebrated his son’s sixth birthday. The same dedication he brings to the job, he brings to everything that matters to him.
