Using electrical tomography, LiquidDetect gives facility engineers a continuous, real-time profile of what’s happening inside the separator: oil layer, water layer, emulsion presence and severity, and rag layer buildup. It distinguishes between water-continuous and oil-continuous emulsion. It reads through contamination and coating, which is precisely where GWR fails.
