We truly embrace this mentality at EnerCorp, and we invest heavily in our leadership teams. One of our most successful courses is Frontline HSE/HR Leadership, where we bring in our frontline leaders to learn the WHY behind our policies and procedures so they embrace them as their own and drive that sense of ownership to the boots on the ground.
We build value around each aspect of our program and the core values that drive our company, then equip them with tools to return to the frontlines and drive positive change. We recently graduated eight new leaders through the program and are excited to see them positively impact our company culture.
