At EnerCorp, we know that strong leadership leads to a stronger team. That’s why we’ve put a major focus on leadership training, understanding that empowering our leaders empowers everyone. This commitment is at the heart of our OneTeam mindset, which defines everything we do.
In 2024, we made significant strides in leadership development, with 41 workshops and over 1,800 training hours across various leadership tracks, including:
- Frontline Leadership
- Sales Leadership
- Strategic Leadership
In addition to the workshops, we also conducted 249 individual 1:1 coaching calls throughout the year, where leaders tackled specific goals and challenges to further sharpen their skills.
This investment in leadership has already yielded lasting results, and we’re proud of the growth and progress our teams have made. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to continue the journey. We are starting next week with the year two of the Mastery Leadership Group, which will cover essential topics like:
- Increasing Collaboration
- Strategic Thinking & Planning
- Navigating Gray Areas
- Leadership TEAS (Transform, Execute, Accelerate, Success)
