Jordan Zarco – 5 Year Anniversary
From starting as a new SSE on the rig-up crew in 2019 to now leading as our West Texas Logistics Coordinator, Jordan Zarco has shown what it truly means to grow with the 1Team mindset.
Over the years, Jordan’s journey has been nothing short of impressive:
- Became Rig Up Supervisor in 2022
- Took home the SOC Winner award in 2022
- Won the SSA Submission in 2023
- Promoted to Logistics Coordinator in 2024
Today, he manages our West Texas rig up crew, driver pool, and field movement logistics—keeping the wheels turning and our field teams supported with precision and leadership.
When he’s not keeping things running at EnerCorp, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter—and this September, they’ll be welcoming a new baby to their growing family.
