LiquidDetect uses electrical tomography to give facility engineers a real-time picture of what’s happening inside the separator: where the oil layer is, where the water is, where emulsion is building, and whether treatment is actually working.

It detects and distinguishes between water-continuous and oil-continuous emulsion, something guided wave radar can’t do at all. It reads through contamination and coating, which is exactly where GWR fails.
