At EnerCorp, our SVP of Operations, Gareth, has a severe allergy to fire ants. During a site visit, he shared this with the team, mentioning he always carries an epi-pen just in case of a bite.
While conversing with the team, Shelby noticed an ant crawling up Gareth’s clothes, nearing his neck. Without hesitation, Shelby swiftly swatted the ant away. What might seem like a small gesture could have been massive for Gareth, potentially preventing a severe allergic reaction.
