Reflecting on a successful 2024
As we wrap up 2024, EnerCorp is celebrating a year of hard work, growth, and success. Here’s a look at some of the achievements that have helped make this year exceptional:
Training & Development
We are proud of the training programs that shaped our team’s growth in 2024. With 52 sessions focusing on Frontline Leadership & Strategy—covering topics like Appreciation & Values, Leadership Mindset, and Strategic Thinking—78 of our frontline supervisors, managers, sales leaders, and foremen took part, resulting in 1,836 hours of training. Investing in our people continues to be a priority, and we are excited for what’s ahead!
Expansion & Growth
This year, EnerCorp expanded into the Middle East and Latin America, setting the stage for even more upside in 2025. We also acquired multi-phase meter technology, which will be commercially ready in 2025, and continued the successful growth of our Sahara Facility Cyclone business line in Canada. Growth and innovation are key to our mission, and we are poised for even more expansion next year.
Community Impact
Our commitment to giving back is stronger than ever. In 2024, EnerCorp’s employees dedicated thousands of hours to community service, supporting initiatives in child advocacy, youth programs, mental & physical health services, military support, and so much more. Together, we’ve made a difference!
Safety Excellence
Safety remains at the core of everything we do, and we are thrilled to report zero recordable incidents in Canada with Grande Prairie achieving one year injury-free. The US Rentals division hit an amazing milestone of two years injury-free. We are proud of the culture we’ve built—where safety is a top priority, and it shows in our results.
The Road Ahead
As we look to 2025, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and the growth we will continue to experience. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our team members, our partners, and the trust of our customers.
