July is Social Wellness Month. So… what’s it really about?

And at EnerCorp, it’s about recognizing that we’re stronger when we show up for each other—on the job and beyond it.

This July, we leaned into what makes EnerCorp truly exceptional: our people.
Every day, our team members bring strength, grit, and heart to the workplace—and when they bring that strength together?
They’re unstoppable.

That’s why this year’s theme was:
We Are 1Team. Strong Alone, Unstoppable Together.

• We spent the month celebrating that spirit with fun, recognition, and team connection—no matter where our teams were working.
• We spotlighted team members who are strong alone
• Celebrated the moments we’ve been unstoppable together
• Played a company-wide Social Wellness BINGO focused on self-care and connection
• And wrapped it all up with ice cream socials—yes, even in the field!

From spotlights to sweet treats, this month reminded us that culture isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we build, together.
