Spice Up Your Day with EnerCorp’s 4th Annual Chili Cookoff
If you’ve been following EnerCorp for a while, you know the Annual West Texas Chili cookoff can get pretty competitive! Well, 2024 was no exception!
As always, the age-old debate between beans or no beans in chili started off the competitive spirit. From there, the contestants gave it their all in three different categories – traditional chili, specialty chili, and cornbread. The judges had their work cut out for them with the winners coming in close at the end.

Thanks to all the contestants for helping us keep this fun tradition alive! Keep an eye out – the other areas have decided to hop on the cookoff train. We will soon have cookoff results for desserts, ribs, and fajitas to share!
