Ten years ago, Aaron Kelver joined EnerCorp and made a deliberate choice to start in the field. He wanted to learn this business from the ground up, and that is exactly what he did.

That foundation carried him quickly through the organization. General Manager of WTX, then Director of Permian Operations, and now US Asset & Fleet Manager at the corporate level. Across every one of those disciplines, Aaron has been integral to the success of this company. He has implemented multiple systems, cleaned up processes that needed it, and never stopped looking for cost savings. That work transformed how we operate, and it earned him the 2025 CEO Circle Award.

Beyond his dedication to EnerCorp, Aaron leads his family with the same commitment. Afternoons and evenings are spent getting his daughter to cheerleading practice, and he has been a steady support for his wife while she pursues her continuing education goals. When he does get time of his own, you will find him grappling at the local jiu-jitsu gym, shooting long range, or on his annual hunting trek testing his skills in the wild.
