Pre-slug baseline was roughly 9 lbs/hr. Sand rate peaked at 240 lbs/hr. An 18x spike. 655 lbs of total sand across a single event.
SmartSahara saw it in real time. Triggered 6 automated blowdowns. Kept the vessel clean throughout the entire event.
Zero manual interventions. Zero site visits. Operators found out the next morning during a routine data look-back.
A timer-based system would have resulted in 200+ lbs of sand carryover from that single event alone. Real-time sand rate detection is what made the difference.
