The third annual chili cook-off for the EnerCorp West Texas team took place last week, and the competitors really brought the heat this year!
As with most competitions, each chili recipe came with a side of trash talking and competitive jest. There was an overall upset, dethroning the reigning chili champ! The new champs are a duo, Leslie Medrano and Alejandra Urias for the traditional chili and Josh Diaz for creative chili.
Thank you to our very brave customers that agreed to come judge the 12 chilis that were submitted. Luckily, each chili was edible and there wasn't one so hot that it sent the judges running for water.
