EnerCorp’s Quality Control Inspector, Nicole Allan, along with our GM of Fabrication, Ryan O’Toole, were recently asked to be guest speakers at the Women of Steel workshop put on by GPRC and CWB.
This is a fantastic program that allows for women to get introduced to the welding trade. It is a a one-week course where participants get $1,500 worth of welding gear and an opportunity to get a CWB welding ticket all for FREE!
Nicole was able to speak from first hand experience of being a woman in the trades and what obstacles she was able to overcome while still being able to be a mother and wife. We are very proud of Nicole and all of her accomplishments!
