The EnerCorp Production Equipment Fabrication Shop in Grande Prairie broke a new personal record! They cut a 96″ OD vessel, which is the largest OD vessel for the HGG Profiler machine to date. By using this state of the art vessel profiler, the team is able to cut precise holes in vessels with incredible efficiency, resulting in a significant cost savings for our clients.
The cut time was one hour on the machine, compared to close to 20 hours if done by hand. In addition to speed, the profiler greatly enhances the safety in our shop by reducing the need for manual cutting methods. This means our workers can stay safe while producing high quality work.
