SAND MANAGEMENT 101

In short, sand management is about removing solids from the well’s production fluids so they don't flow into the production facility or further downstream, resulting in costly damages and washed parts. Sand management is a critical operation during the initial flowback phase as well as the full lifespan of the producing well.
